We make all the initial ham process in our Palencia plant. We have extensive facilities, combining an extensive experience with a continuous technological improvement.
They comprise different cellars and dry chambers, all of them with an individual temperature and humidity control, within an area of more than 3,500 square metres.
The Torquemada plant (Palencia), inaugurated in 2006, has our automated line and transformation center of boneless hams and shoulders. It is here where we complete our manufacturing cycle.
